Transaction fees
For any real estate transaction finalised by Naturalia Immobilier, both the owner (seller or lessor) and the client (buyer or lessee) shall remunerate Naturalia Immobilier as follows:
For a property sale:
2% of the sale price + VAT, amount to be payable latest at the signature of the sales deed.
For a property rental:
- Leases of 12 months and above: 1 month rent + VAT (non refundable if the tenant leaves before 12 months);
- Leases of less than 12 months: 10% + VAT of the total lease amount of the rental period, payable at each renewal.
Each amount shall be payable at the signature of the lease agreement
